Tomiris is passionate and focussed on helping pregnant and postpartum parents maintain and reclaim their mental wellness at this challenging and important moment in their life. Tomiris is a Master’s-level Clinical Intern counsellor. She is supervised by Traci McGee in a practicum approved by City University. The intern counselling rate is $80 for a 50 minute session, with lower rates availble on request through our Affordable Therapy Plan.

RENÉE AHMADI: Book with Renée online or by calling 250-885-6760. Renée is a doula turned Registered Clinical Counsellor.

TRACI MCGEE: Traci’s calendar is view-only. Call 250-885-6760 to book, or text if you are already a client of Traci’s. The wait for new clients is two to three months. Openings before then are held for established clients.

TO CHANGE OR CANCEL: Call or text 250-885-6760. We need 48 business hours’ notice to waive the appointment fee. If we fill your spot, there’s no charge. Switching from in-person to video? No problem.
